2010 - News - Two members of R&RNAV team awarded Fellowship of RIN

R&RNAV is please to announce that Martin Bransby, R&RNAV Manager, and Paul Williams, Principal Development Engineer have been awarded Fellowship of the Royal Institute of Navigation.

Mr Martin Bransby is the Manager of R&RNAV and is responsible for the delivery of the project portfolio in research and development in such areas as AIS, eLoran, eNavigation, GNSS and Lights. He holds memberships of the Institute of Engineering & Technology, the US Institute of Navigation and the International Loran Association.

Dr Paul Williams is a Principal Development Engineer at R&RNAV and as the technical lead of the GLA’s eLoran Work Programme, he is involved in planning the GLAs’ maritime eLoran trials and works on a wide range of eLoran projects. He holds BSc and PhD degrees in Electronic Engineering from the University of Wales, is a Chartered Engineer, and is a board member of the International Loran Association.
